JDI LLC ("JDI", "we") acts as an agent in trade of machinery, industrial equipment, ships and aircraft, trades machinery and electronic and telecom equipment wholesale, repairs other transport equipment, provides education, document preparation, private security, translation, professional and technical services, consulting and information services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

Business contacts, contracts, specifications and invoices.
3. Translation and documents
Documents may contain personal data of third parties; we process them only to perform the order and keep them confidential.
4. Training participants
Names, contacts, attendance and certificates issued.
5. Security services
Access logs and video at guarded sites are processed for the client under the security contract and applicable law.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (licensing, tax, customs), legitimate interests (safety).
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
